What is a tractor cruise?
The East Central Benefit Tractor Cruise is a fundraising event in which classic tractors drive along a pre-determined route, and enjoy lunch and dinner while the tractors are on display. Participants
pay an entry fee and collect pledges in support of area charities.
What is required of participants?
Participants must remit the application with the required entry fee, have a tractor which meets the requirements of the ride, and collect pledges for sponsoring his/her ride.
What is included with my entry fee?
The entry fee includes lunch and dinner and an annual membership to the East Central Benefit Tractor Cruise Club.
Wagon ride-along
Participants who do not wish to drive a tractor but would like to fully experience the tractor cruise may ride in a wagon along the route. Tractor drivers must remit the application with a $50 entry
fee. Riders must remit the application along with a $30 entry fee, which includes lunch and dinner. Same-day registration will be $60 for tractor drivers and $35 for riders.
What about liability insurance?
The entry fee includes an annual membership to the East Central Benefit Tractor Cruise Club. Lliability insurance for the tractor cruise is included with club membership.
Where will we eat lunch and dinner?
Lunch will be available on the route. Dinner will be served with the help of the Ripon FFA Alumni on the Heatley Farm at the end of the ride.
What if my tractor breaks down?
Help will be provided by designated members who are driving in the Tractor Cruise.
Will fuel be available?
It is your responsibility to ensure that your fuel tank is full at the start of the ride.
Trailer parking
Parking will be available at the Jon Heatley farm and at Ripon Lime on Dartford Road.
